Narborough Hall spreads Christmas cheer with donation of over £3000
A Leicestershire gift shop has raised an impressive £3,300 for Local charity ‘Hope Against
Cancer’ following its exclusive Christmas Preview event.
Narborough Hall used its annual five day event to raise money for the organisation, which it has
chosen as its Charity of the Year, by selling raffle tickets and donating a percentage from all sales
taken during the event.
The Christmas Preview provides shoppers with an exclusive look at the festive collection from
Narborough Hall, which includes this year’s must-have decorations and gifts.
Simon Edwards, who co-owns Narborough Hall with wife Sophie, comments: “We are so pleased
to have raised such a great sum for Hope Against Cancer We chose them as our Charity of the
Year because of the fantastic work they do locally and we are delighted that this money will help
in the fight against cancer locally. We would like to thank everyone who visited Narborough Hall
during our Christmas Preview week, bought a raffle ticket or a festive item and helped us to reach
this amazing total.”
