Hope Against Cancer is governed by a Board of Trustees. Each of our trustees is a volunteer, giving their time and expertise to benefit our Charity.

Our trustees come from all walks of life, but what they have in common is a passion to improve outcomes for cancer patients in the Leicestershire and Rutland area.

The Board also includes representatives with expertise in relevant medical, research and academic disciplines, who help ensure we make the best possible decisions in prioritising our funding for cancer research.

Our Chair of Trustees is Richard Moore.

We also have two Presidents of the Charity – David Wyrko (former Chief Constable of Leicestershire) and Lady Ann Brooks. They act as our ambassadors in the community.
