Funding Local Cancer Research

Your donations help Hope Against Cancer to fund local research to find new treatments for cancer. Every year we need to raise over £500,000 to continue to fund this vital research .

We do not receive a penny from the government or from local authorities – all of our income is thanks to the kindness and generosity of our supporters and local communities.

You qualify for Gift Aid if you meet the following criteria:

  • you are a UK taxpayer
  • you pay Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax at a rate at least equal to the amount of Gift Aid claimed on your donations made in the tax year.
